Winter work available
We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in a clean, well-cut property and want to be part of a crew that does honest work. Hours are scheduled as needed based on workload and weather. For the right person with solid experience, full-time hours may be available — and we offer seasonal winter work (snow & ice removal) so dependable crew members can keep earning through the winter.
- Mow, trim, and edge residential and commercial properties as part of a crew
- Operate string trimmers, edgers, and blowers; clean up clippings and debris
- Load, unload, and help maintain equipment each day
- Keep every property looking sharp and finished before leaving
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, on-time attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and everything between
- Able to be on your feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
A plus (not required): previous landscaping or lawn care experience, comfort running commercial mowers and towing a trailer, and a Pennsylvania fertilization & pesticide license.

Attitude first — everything else is teachable. Show up on time, follow through, and care about the details customers notice. A driver’s license is a plus; equipment experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
